EASY! JAPANESE NAPOLITAN SPAGHETTI

Japanese Neapolitan spaghetti, known as "Naporitan(ナポリタン)" is a popular Japanese-Western fusion dish.
It features "stir-fried" spaghetti with colorful ingredients like bell peppers and sausages, coated in a sweet ketchup-based sauce. 
it is one of popular Western-influenced dish found in Japanese 洋食 Yoshoku (Western-style) restaurants in Japan or even in Singapore now.

(2 servings)
- Spaghetti: 200g
- White onion: 1/2 piece
- Green bell pepper: 1/2 piece
- Sausage: 2 pieces (or Chicken for healthier version)
- "Nissin Welna" Mama Napolitan Spaghetti Sauce: 1/2 bottle

(Optional)
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Tabasco
- Black pepper
1. Cut the green bell pepper and the onion into thin slices. Thinly slice sausages diagonally.
2. Boil spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain the boiled pasta and set a side. (Recommend to toss with some oil. To avoid each noodles to stick together)
3. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the peppers, onions, and sausage.
4. Add the boiled spaghetti to the frying pan and stir-fry lightly with the vegetables.
Add Neapolitan sauce, stir-fry lightly, and serve.
5. Sprinkle with grated cheese, Tabasco, and black pepper, if desired. Enjoy!

TIPS: 
This sauce can be also use to make
- Fry with rice (Omu rice = Japanese Omelette with fried rice)
- Spread on the toast, place sliced cheese and toast (Pizza toast!)
