Natto is a traditional Japanese dish made from fermented soybeans.
It has a distinctive sticky texture, strong aroma, and savory flavor.
It is often enjoyed as a breakfast food in Japan, served over rice with various condiments like soy sauce, mustard, and chopped green onions.
Natto is known for its nutritional benefits, particularly its high protein content, abundance of vitamins and minerals, and the presence of probiotics that support gut health.
