"Shimadaya" Frozen Yakisoba (Japanese Fried Noodle) was developed with the purpose of to bring joy to your taste buds. In order to help bring out the special chewiness of steamed noodles, it is a temperature/ time process for steaming noodles. You can replicate the savory sauce flavor by using easy-to-handling, fine-powder sauce.

Preparation :Â
1, Stir fry preferred vegetables and meats/ seafood. (Commonly used cabbage, carrot, white onion, bean sprout and sliced pork or seafood mix)
2, Add defrosted noodles in it and our 30ml of water evenly. Continue fry until the noodles are all separated.
3, Add 1 sachet of sauce (included in the packet) and stir fry while mixing thoroughly.
