Easier preparation:
1) Thaw in chiller.
2) Pat dry with kitchen paper.
3) Lightly salt on the surface.
4) Grill in oven / air fry at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
5) Serve with a lemon wedge, grated white radish & soy sauce!
