Preparation: Defrost in fridge overnight (move from freezer to chiller) -> cut open plastic packaging -> dab dry Tsubugai slices with kitchen towel (DO NOT WASH or RINSE WITH WATER) -> serve / enjoy with wasabi / soy sauce.
