Storage instructions: Keep frozen.
How to use: To thaw, place the mussels in the fridge for 5-8 hours.
Bake at 160°C for 5-7 minutes OR Cook on the BBQ or grill for 2-5 minutes OR Steam in a pot with a tight lid for 2-3 minutes.
You may serve the mussels in a variety of ways, including topped with tomato, lemon garlic butter, or pesto, or cooked altogether in a tomato pasta dish.
