Nissin Tempura Ko Age Jyouzu is a Japanese styled tempura batter mix. It can be used to coat fish, meats and vegetables to give a crunchy and crispy tempura batter coating.

Storage Instructions: Room temperature and keep away from direct sunlight.
1, Add 160ml of cold water to 100g of batter flour.
2, Heat oil until it reaches 160-180 degrees Celsius in large pan.
3, Dip vegetables/prawn in batter mix, and submerge in hot oil till cooked. (White - Yellowish color is just nice. Don't have to wait till golden brown.)
