Fujikko Shio Kombu (Salted Kelp) is shredded konbu kelp seaweed fujikko, was carefully boiled for optimum softness and flavor using specially selected konbu harvested in Hokkaido, famous for its delicious seaweeds. Slightly salted, this makes the salads and pastas a perfect addition. This is kelp that has been cut thinly, and immersed in a mixture of boiling mirin, soy sauce and sugar, before being left to dry and cut smaller. It has also been coated with find salt. It is popular in Japanese cuisine, and eaten with Japanese Rice Balls (Onigiri).

Storage instructions: Keep in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. Do not store in the chiller. (to prevent moisture from condensation on the product) Please put in dry air tight container and keep in room temperature after opened.
